The crew contacted me to let me know when they were going to show up, let me know that they were held up in traffic, updated their ETA and answered all my questions during installation in a clear and friendly manner. Communication was friendly and outstanding. The gutter installation went quickly, smoothly and professionally. We have had a rainfall since installation and drainage worked well. They did a great job of cleanup after installation. - David

5+ months ago Hurricane Helene ripped through the area, causing destruction everywhere, including knocking a tree over that landed on the very corner of our house. Today, Blue Mountain Gutter Co. showed up, on time, and installed new gutters. This was the final piece to the repair project and we couldn't be more thrilled with the service. The gutters look amazing, the crew were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. So thankful.
